Training and Licensing was born out of a frustration with the
quality of the typical adjuster pre-licensing course and the lack of relevant and practical adjuster training. Our experience with
other training providers (including our own personal licensing providers)
was that classes were long, tedious, and only slightly pertinent
to the actual business of being an adjuster.
We were certain
that something better could be provided to those seeking a career
in the insurance claims adjusting field. All-Lines Training and Licensing starts
with the philosophy that our job is to give you preparation for
real success in claims adjusting, not just for successful test completion.
While we thoroughly
prepare students of the licensing course to pass the Texas pre-licensing exam (students have a 100% success
rate as we allow a retake with personal coaching at no additional
charge), our primary focus is on the essentials for success in
the field. The result is a coherent synthesis of: 1) information
required by the state of Texas and 2) practical adjusting wisdom.
