Refund/Cancellation
Policy:
You have
the right to cancel your registration up to 48 hours before class
begins. Requests for cancellation must be made by contacting All-Lines
Training by phone or email. The full tuition less a $50 processing
fee will be refunded. Tuition may also be applied to any future
class.
Refunds will not be granted if notification is given less than 48 hours before the beginning of class. However, tuition payment may still be applied to any future course(s).
Certificate Issuance Policy:
All-Lines Training will reissue lost certificates upon email request to info@alllinestraining.com. There is a $30 fee for reissuing lost certificates payable by Visa or Mastercard only.

Training is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers
and users of its online services. We ask customers
who register for our services to provide us with their e-mail
addresses so we can provide them with immediate confirmation details regarding their registered class(es). Additionally, we will periodically send email updates regarding future classes
and other issues relevant to catstrophe insurance claims adjusting. These addresses
are used only to send news and class updates, and opt-out is promptly
respected via email or phone request. At no time will your information be sold to a third party. We use industry standard
encryption and security measures to ensure your data is safe.
